Mature trees are hard on cars
Old Oakville, Morrison and the streets around Lakeshore have serious tree cover. That's lovely to live on and difficult to park under. Sap, pollen and bird droppings all etch clear coat if they sit, and spring is the worst of it. Tar and sap removal is available as an add-on to any exterior service. Discretion and care
