Escarpment dust is real
Milton sits against the Niagara Escarpment, with active quarries and gravel shoulders on the rural roads north and west of town. Fine limestone dust settles on paint and works into door seals, vents and carpets in a way that ordinary road dust doesn't. It's also abrasive, which means wiping a dusty car with a dry cloth causes scratching. Our waterless method uses a lubricating solution that lifts the dust from the surface before contact, so it's removed rather than dragged across the paint.
Outdoor lifestyle, dirty interiors
Kelso, Rattlesnake Point, the conservation areas and the trails bring mud, gravel and wet gear back into the car. Boots in the footwell and bikes in the boot leave marks a vacuum won't touch.
